Deliveries (free on orders over £50) are sent out Monday to Thursday on a next working day delivery service - any orders received after 1pm Thursday will be sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday to reduce transit time.
A safe location must be stated on all frozen orders and products placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival. TP Feeds is not responsible for any missed or late deliveries.
Please be aware that any defrosting of the product during transit will be the first time that the product has thawed after its initial freeze, and can simply be re-frozen as soon as possible. This compares favourably to most other producers who accept frozen meat deliveries, defrost to process and then refreeze the finished product for transit.
